Job Description


Recording of transactions and maintaining of SBFC’s accounting records. This includes:

  • Recording of day to day and month end transactions for SBFC
  • Preparation of accurate and complete monthly reconciliations
  • Preparation and analysis of the monthly cost of sales analysis file
  • Assists in the capturing and analysis of monthly expenses
  • Assist in monitoring finance processes within SBFC finance
  • Weekly and monthly fee income reporting to different stakeholders
  • Assisting the team with ad hoc finance requests

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

Type of Qualification: National Diploma
Field of Study: Finance and Accounting

Experience Required

  • Preference will be given to candidate with a finance industry experience
  • To have the personality to work with both highly and medium skilled people
  • Be able to carry out assignments both as individually and within a team
  • Knowledge of financial systems used such as SAP, FMI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of a business environment
  • General knowledge in economic activities
